Amanda was particularly helpful and very supportive throughout the process by providing check-ins and updates regularly, she was available via text, email, and calls (which was very handy for me) she also took time out of her day to help explain things to me until I had a crystal clear understanding of what was going on and what the next steps were. The other claim’s team members that helped were Shereffa and Chelseah and they worked very hard to get the job done with a very abnormal claim situation. I appreciate everyone at State Farm for helping me through this total loss experience and helping me get my new car that I love. If you need car insurance, I highly recommend State Farm. I was completely covered and paid little out of pocket in this total loss situation (30 day rental car coverage really saved me) I would have been way worse off if I had another kind of insurance. Trust me, it’s worth it."
